G J Seeding, LLC. provides all types of Seeding, Grass Sodding, Temporary Irrigation and Erosion Control Systems. Generally, these services are provided to Prime Contractors, Developers, and Municipalities for projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding area.
Primary Personnel:
Gayle Juraschek, Owner and Manager – 43 years of experience
Gayle Juraschek owned and operated a successful company (Cen-Tex Seeding, Inc.) from 1980 until 2002 when the company was sold. Upon the death of the buyer and the subsequent closing of Cen-Tex Seeding, Inc. in 2010, it was determined that a business opportunity was available and GJ Seeding, LLC. was formed. GJ Seeding, LLC., has now acquired the necessary equipment and is in operation.
Jose Rodriguez, Field Operations Supervisor – 36 years of experience
Jose Rodriguez has been doing this type of work since 1987. He is very responsible and liked by people in the field, and knows how to manage the work – materials, employees, and equipment very efficiently.
Business Philosophy:
Many years of bidding and managing projects have given the owner a firm knowledge of the type of work in this area, the difficulties involved, and the services needed. Prime Contractors are required to have adequate vegetative growth in place in order to complete their projects. A reliable grassing/erosion contractor (G J Seeding, LLC.) will help them pass final inspection of the project. We are proud of the good relationships that we have maintained with these Prime Contractors.
The North Texas Area has numerous highway and municipal projects that are being let for contract. We view this as an opportunity to provide a very valuable specialized service.
Business Facilities:
The company will operate from a 2400 square foot shop, several ancillary buildings and 4 acres of yard area in Burleson. The property is on I-35W and provides easy access to all areas of the Metroplex.
